Full Day CAPP at Vizag, India
Facilitated a full day training on CAPP - Charimanship and Parliamentary Procedure for the members of JCI Vizag, JCI Vizag Royals and JCI Visakha Knights at Ambica Grand, Maddilapalem. JC HGF B Rama Krishna, Zone Trainer, JCI India was the co-faculty. The full day session went on with a lot of activities to make it more effective. The session ended with a Mock LGB, where participants used various motions they learned about throughout the day.

Full Day EPS at Srikakulam, India
A full day EPS - Effective Public Speaking was faciliated at V1 Restaurant, Srikakulam for the members and guests of JCI Srikakulam Sunrisers. JC HGF Santosh Dusi, Zone Trainer, JCI India and also the Charter President of JCI Srikakulam Sunrisers was the co-faculty. A total of 21 participants were present - including doctors, government officials, business men, health staff. President was JC B Praveen Kumar and Secretary was JC S Praveen Kumar.

A full day EPS was facilitated at Hotel Ambica Sea Green, Visakhapatnam on 11 Feb 2024 for JCI Vizag members and guests. JC HGF B Rama Krishna, Zone Trainer, JCI India was the co-faculty. JFS Dr Chaitanya Vasanthavada was the President and JC Charishma was the Secretary.

Piloted SpeechCraft for Zone XII
Piloted 2.5 days SpeechCraft training at Hyderbad for Zone XII. Hosted by JCI Hyderabad Supar and JCI Hyderabad Champions. Zone President was JFP CA Vidhi Gupta, Zone Director Training, Zone XII was JC Srinivas Sonu, President, JCI Hyderabad Champions was JC Santosh and President, JCI Hyderabad Supar was JC Nikhil Gunda. JC Shivaranjan Reddy Bolla and JC Dr G Sree Chandana were the Co-faculty. The event was held at Hotel SVM Grand, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. President, Zone IV, JCI India was JC G S N Varma.

Was part of the SpeechCraft 2022, hosted by JCI Vizag at Hotel Ambica Sea Green from 8-10 Apr 2022. Pilot Faculty was JC Radhunandan Vidapu, Zone XII, me and JC HGF Jaya Lakshmi were the Co-pilots. JFS Anirudh Sistla was the Zone President, Zone IV, JCI India, JC Jeevan Jyothi Volla was the Zone Vice President, JFM Sindhura Thadi was the Zone Director, Training, JC HGF Venkatesh Sappagaddi was the Host President.

Was one amongst the 24 participants from India to attend the JCI India Author 2019 held at Fortune Select Grand Ridge, Tirupathi. Got graduated as Provisional Author. It was a wonderful experience of transformation from a trainer to a designer. A new perspective added to the training experience. The event was hosted by JCI Tirupathi under the presidentship of JC Mani Sandeep.

Network is Networth
Facilitated a training program - Network is Networth for participants of National Conference (NatCon) 2018 of JCI India, that was held at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Training was given at Hotel Haveli. I teamed up with JC Hitech Giriya, JC Kanthilal Salecha and JC Shreeja Mohata Jhowar for this two hour training program. The training was about why Network is important, what are the different hurdles people have during networking, understanding the personality types to enable us better networking, tips for better networking for introverts and extroverts, the three big Ps, RISC in Networking and elevator pitch exercise.

Facilitated a three hour training program on Organizational Goal Setting for the members of Alliance Club Visakhapatam at NTR Hall, Pandurangapuram Park, Visakhapatnam. Basic module involved the importance of Goals for an organization, alignment of members towards goals, goals and relevance with vision and mission of the organization, setting SMARTER goals for organization.
